As a further commitment and devotion for better customer service and sales experience, Think of Us is happy to announce a warranty repairs partnership with Xtreme Communications.

From 01/09/2012 customers who have purchased products from Think of Us are able to have their in-warranty products repaired at any of Xtreme Communication's many retail shops and Kiosks.

How do I arrange for warranty repair at Xtreme?

You can simply bring the faulty phone along with the Think of Us receipt and a photo ID to any of the following locations.

What will I require for warranty repair?

Please bring along your Think of Us receipt, a photo ID along with the handset. Accessories will not be required.

What products may I have repaired under warranty at Xtreme?

At this point, only mobile phones purchased from Think of Us may be repaired at the Xtreme service centres.

How long is the warranty?

The period of the Repair Warranty will be 12 months from the date of purchase. Faults arising outside of this period will not be covered by the Repair Warranty. Mobile Phones sold with 24 Months warranty also qualify for this service.

What does warranty repair cover?

In general, repair means the restoration of a broken, damaged, or failed device, or part to an acceptable operating or usable condition or state (using parts of a like kind and quality). You can make more than one claim for the same mobile during the Warranty Period.

What is excluded from warranty repair?

In general, subject to the inclusions of the applicable manufacturer's warranty, a mobile that has broken down or is damaged as a result of: Abuse or tampering Electrical damage, moisture, dampness, oxidation, corrosion or food, dirt or liquid ingress Accident, neglect, impact, actual or attempted theft, fire, power outages or surges, or incorrect voltage Transportation or packaging Removable batteries or damage caused by battery leakage Normal wear and tear Unauthorised modifications Misuse of the mobile or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions Will be excluded from warranty repair.

How long will the repair process take?

This will depend on the extent of the repair required and availability of parts. Generally the turn-around-time is approximately 3 – 5 working days.

Can I still have my mobile repaired at Xtreme if it is out of warranty?

Can I purchase a product from Think of Us and pick-up from an Xtreme store?

No, Xtreme offers repairs partnership with Think of Us only. You will not be able to purchase a product from our website and pick-up from the Xtreme store.

Will I get a loan phone while mine is being repaired?

Unfortunately, a loan phone will not be provided. We are committed to the quickest possible turn-around time so your phone will be back with you in no time.
